I believe some of the truest places where we can experience the shelter of belonging are found in the stories we tell, the dreams we explore, and alongside someone who will serve as a compassionate witness to our soul’s unfolding. I offer writing mentorship, creative writing workshops, one-with-one spiritual companionship, and group spiritual companioning.

Imagination and longing fuel my curiosity — and my drive to write. Living and creating from the ancestral homelands of the Cherokee people in western North Carolina, I write at the intersections of place, identity, and belonging.
Spiritual Companionship
From time to time, we all need someone who is willing to sit with us in the light and the darkness, help us name our sacred longings, and witness our life’s journey.
Inspired by Jungian tradition and contemplative spirituality, I serve by listening deeply to the innate wisdom and creativity of the soul.
